Helena Josue is Vice President, Human Resources at The Wendy’s Company, where she oversee the HR teams that lead people and organization initiatives for North America Operations, Marketing/R&D, Global Development and International.

Helena joined Wendy’s as Senior Director, Human Resources in 2013 to provide human resources leadership for several Corporate Functional groups based in the Dublin Restaurant Support Center. She and her team have provided support for Finance, Development, Marketing/R&D, IT, Legal, and Communications/QA working directly with most of the Company’s Senior Leaders.

Prior to Wendy’s, Helena worked for Procter & Gamble for 17 years where she was accountable for several assignments of increasing responsibility across five countries in Europe and the United States.

A native of Portugal, Helena started and owned a company while attending and attaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at the Catholic University of Portugal.
