Deanna Jones

Baker Hughes
Deanna Jones is Executive Vice President of People, Communications & Transformation at Baker Hughes. She joined the company in January 2020.
Before joining Baker Hughes, Jones served as Senior Vice President of HR, Communications, and Administration for Marathon Oil Corporation. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Commercial Officer for Newfield Exploration, and she also served as the head of Human Resources for Schlumberger’s Reservoir Production Group. Between 2006 and 2008, Jones was Vice President, North America for Schlumberger Information Solutions and, in that role, was responsible for leading software, information, and the company’s related infrastructure organization in the U.S. Prior to 2006, she worked in a variety of managerial assignments of increasing responsibility for Schlumberger in Canada and the U.S.
Jones previously served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Dow Employees Credit Union (TDECU). She is currently on the Boards for Communities in Schools of Houston and the Greater Houston Partnership.
Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calgary, Canada. She has also completed executive business courses in human resources at the University of Michigan and in finance at the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
John Dardis

Dr. John Dardis is Senior Vice President for Policy & Sustainability with Glanbia, a global nutrition company. Based in Illinois, John oversees Glanbia’s public policy and sustainability agenda providing strategic leadership across a diverse range of businesses that are part of Glanbia’s growing footprint in the United States. He represents Glanbia on a range of industry organizations including serving as a board member of the US Dairy Export Council.
John previously served as Ireland’s First Secretary for Agriculture, Food and the Marine at the Irish Embassy in Washington DC where he managed Irish agri food trade interests including involvement in the TTIP negotiations. John holds an honors degree in agricultural science from University College Dublin, and a Ph.D. in wheat breeding from UCD. He worked at NC State University as a visiting scientist. John is a 4th generation farmer with a farm in County Kildare, Ireland.
Elizabeth Grove

Elizabeth Grove is Chief Sustainability Officer and President of the Lubrizol Foundation. In this role, Beth is accountable for propelling the company’s broad focus on sustainability, including environmental, social and governance disciplines. This also includes overseeing government affairs and community engagement.
Since joining Lubrizol in 2007, Beth has served in various roles, including Global Director of Sustainability and Compliance for Lubrizol Life Science and as the company’s Chief Litigation Counsel. Beth joined Lubrizol from the Federal Trade Commission, where she was a trial attorney in the Bureau of Consumer Protection. Prior to that, Beth was a litigation attorney with Jones Day.
She received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
