Rosa Santos is the Vice President Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness PepsiCo Beverages NA for PepsiCo, a position she has held for almost nine years now. She is also the co-founder to the Color Forward Podcast: Advancing Multicultural Women. Prior to joining PepsiCo she worked for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, the Inter American Development Bank, and the Work Bank. She holds a number of post-secondary degrees from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross school of Business, the Fielding Graduate University, the University of East London, and the Universidad de Salamanca.

Jane Forman is the Human Resources Vice President, Workforce Management for PepsiCo. She joined PepsiCo 15 years ago, and has held roles of increasing seniority ever since within the HR organizations in both the United States and the UK. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Jane gained experience in labor relations at The Walt Disney Company. She has a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
