Charbonnier has over 30 years of experience helping organizations function at their best to achieve business growth. He is passionate about attracting and mentoring talent and is a thought leader on HR trends including employee engagement, labor relations, talent development, and the future of work. He has worked in HR leadership positions at global organizations including L’Oréal, Towers Watson, PepsiCo, Kraft Foods, American Express and McDonalds in Europe and in the United States. In his most recent role as CHRO, Charbonnier pioneered a data-driven talent strategy which resulted in a strong talent pipeline. He was an advocate for developing a holistic approach to employee wellbeing inclusive of mental, physical and financial wellness offerings. Charbonnier also championed DE&I efforts leading to a more diverse workforce and a more inclusive workplace. Charbonnier is a solution-oriented leader with proven success building and leading multi-disciplinary HR teams within dynamic organizations. Charbonnier holds a degree in Human Resources from the Institute of Social Management in Paris. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New York chapter for the Arthritis Foundation and the Advisory Board of AceUp, a platform making executive coaching accessible at all levels. He is a regular speaker on people related topics across the globe, frequently presenting at industry conferences and contributing to HR trade publications.
