Nicole is the VP, Chief Operating Officer at Converse, and leads the company’s manufacturing, sourcing, technology, procurement and demand and supply management organizations with a focus on accelerating growth and delivering premium consumer experiences. Before her role as COO, Nicole led North America Operations, where she oversaw a broad group of critical Operations functions based in Boston and Ontario, Ca.
Prior to Converse, Nicole spent 15 years at L’Oréal where she most recently served as SVP, Global Operations for their NYX Brand. In this role, Nicole led the transformation of end-to-end operations functions to be catalysts of growth at NYX. During her tenure at L’Oréal, Nicole also gained deep manufacturing experience in factories near Cincinnati, OH and North Little Rock, AR before leading the skincare and cosmetics factory in New Jersey for 5 years. She was also responsible for establishing their centralized external manufacturing structure as well as establishing strategic relationships with L’Oréal’s external partners.
Recognized by Working Mother Magazine as L’Oreal’s 2016 Working Mother of the Year, Nicole also created a partnership between L’Oreal’s Franklin Manufacturing facility and a local non-profit group to rehabilitate a camp for special needs children. This earned the facility the ARC volunteer of the year award for both Somerset County and The State of New Jersey.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. She and her husband, Mark, have two daughters, Claire and Emma, and the family is always on the go with after school activities and sports. When not at work Nicole enjoys skiing, traveling and photography.
