Padma Thiruvengadam

Padma Thiruvengadam is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. She joined the company in June 2018 and is responsible for all people experience, strategies and programs supporting the company’s global business.

Prior to joining Takeda, Ms. Thiruvengadam served as Chief People Officer for Lego and CVP, Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence, and Chief Human Resources Officer of Integra Life Sciences. At Pfizer, she held several senior roles in HR and the business. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Senior Vice President and Human Resources executive at Bank of America.

Ms. Thiruvengadam completed her master’s program at the University of Madras and holds a bachelor’s degree from Osmania University.

Ms. Thiruvengadam lives in Tokyo with her husband Ravi.
