Mike Clementi began his career with Unilever in 1994 as a management trainee. His passion for creating an emotional connection between employees and Unilever has led him to work across multiple divisions and geographies acquiring a broad range of HR skills and experiences.

Mike returned to the United States in 2015 as the Vice President of HR North America and Global Customer Development for Unilever after 3 years in the United Kingdom, where he supported several global functions including Finance, IT, Legal and Global Business Services as the VP HR – Global Functions. Before moving to the UK in 2012, Mike served as the Vice President of HR for Unilever’s Supply Chain in the Americas.

Through Mike’s continued focus on cultivating diverse talent and encouraging diversity of thought, Unilever once again was named one of the Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality by the Human Rights Campaign and named #1 employer for Working Mothers. Unilever has also been recognized with The AD Club Action Award, which honors champions of diversity and inclusion.

Mike holds a Masters of Business Administration from Fairfield University & Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University.

In his personal life, he is married to his wonderful wife, Robin, and has two beautiful daughters, Lauren & Kaitlin. He enjoys all sports but is passionate about American football, baseball and golf.
