Lauren Walker Chief Supply Chain Officer | Young Living Essential Oils Lauren oversees global manufacturing, warehousing and fulfillment operations to ensure that Young Living’s 3,500 team members and 6 million members in 133 countries receive a steady stream of high-quality products. She also implements sourcing guidelines for the company’s Seed to Seal® program to ensure that essential oils from its corporate and partner farms are high quality and both ethically and legally sourced. Since 2013, Young Living has seen revenue growth of 800%. Sales surpassed $1 billion three years in a row, and for 2019 is approaching nearly $2 billion. Lauren has also been recognized for her work outside the direct selling channel. In 2018 she was named Guest of Honor and was featured on the cover of IMPACT Magazine Women of IMPACT. She has also served as keynote speaker for multiple events, including the American Manufacturing Strategies Summit and Front End Innovations Conference. Lauren currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce.
