At the North American Supply Chain Executive Summit last week in Chicago we spoke with Nick Banich, Head of Supply Chain Transformation (North America) for Miebach Consulting. Nick shared some of his thoughts on the rapid rate of change facing supply chains, what is driving the move towards shorter decision cycles, and what companies should be doing to reinvent themselves to meet customers’ needs.
