Sr. Director, Employee Experience
As Senior Director of Business Partnering within Adobe’s Employee Experience organization, Megan Taylor has helped reshape the employee experience as the company has transformed its business model and global presence. While at Adobe, Megan has acted as lead business partner to nearly every member of the company’s executive suite, advising them on talent and organizational strategies. As Adobe’s culture continues to evolve, Megan and other senior leaders of Employee Experience are focused on advancing the company’s business while retaining the core values that have contributed to it being recognized as an exceptional place to grow, develop and make an impact.
Prior to Adobe, Megan held multiple roles at Fidelity Investments in Boston focused on talent selection and management effectiveness. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Wooster.
