Erika joined H&M in 2022 as the Global Head Supply Chain Strategy & Design and most recently as VP Global Supply Planning after 25 years at Procter & Gamble. Throughout her career in supply chain, Erika has held roles spanning across the globe, including Mexico, Central America, United Kingdom, Ireland and Sweden and from retail logistics, supply planning, to global strategy and innovation. She has a proven record in leading cross-functional transformations and leveraging technology to drive cost, sales, cash improvement and environmental impact. Erika is a creative leader with a multicultural toolkit to empower teams and organization to deliver sustainable and innovative performance.
