Tom Tonkin, Ph.D., is a principal, thought leadership and advisory services, at Cornerstone OnDemand. He has over 25 years of business and technology experience. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Tonkin was the CEO and co-founder of the Sales Conservatory, where he specialized in helping sales leaders with revenue generation responsibility of between $5 million and $1 billion increase revenue. He also spent nearly two decades in leadership positions in sales and consulting at Oracle Corporation. Tonkin is also an award-winning researcher and author and an adjunct professor at the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University, teaching leadership and management courses.
