Nicole Goldman is Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Mission Technologies, an HII Company. Her 30-year career spans intelligence, defense, aerospace, federal, cyber and wireless industries with experience in progressive HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Diversity & Inclusion, and change management. Nicole is also passionate about mentorship and is a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder coach.

Claire joins SeekOut with a wealth of experience in the HR tech space. She was recently the Chief Product Officer for the EmployeeXM product line at Qualtrics where she led the team to grow the revenue more than 6X during her tenure. Throughout her career, Claire has held various product leadership positions in the tech industry, including leading the Business Platform product team at Facebook, building and growing Microsoft’s cloud platform Azure, consulting experience at McKinsey, and overseeing all product development efforts at a drone startup, eHang. In her new role, Claire is responsible for product strategy and leading teams to deliver the full suite of Talent Optimization offerings, including Talent Acquisition and Internal Talent solutions.
