Joshua Dickinson is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Schneider Electric North America, the global company’s largest operating region. In this role, Joshua is responsible for driving profitable growth, navigating the current business landscape, and supporting global business initiatives. He also leads the region’s finance transformation, focusing on budgeting and forecasting, talent development, internal controls, and operations management.
Joshua joined Schneider Electric from Neovia Logistics in 2015, serving in progressive leadership roles, including Division Controller and CFO of the U.S. Industry business, Vice President of ASCO Power Technologies, and then Vice President and Deputy CFO of North America Operations. A thoughtful and strategic leader, Joshua expertly challenges and champions his people and internal processes to achieve record growth and results. As a result, Joshua and his teams have been
consistently recognized for their contributions to critical business operations while remaining customer-centric.
When Joshua isn’t leading the business evolution in North America, he is traveling and exploring the outdoors with his wife Rachel, cheering on and photographing his kids Drew and Lauren at their sports events, and spending as much time as possible wake surfing on the lake. Joshua holds a bachelor’s degree from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, and an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington.
