Victor has a wealth of experience in sales field finance leadership roles having successfully led regions and areas at Microsoft worldwide: from the US to the Middle East and Africa (MEA), from Peru to Australia.
Victor is currently the CFO for the Americas Finance organization at Microsoft including the United States, Latin America and Canada. In this capacity, Victor provides finance and strategic leadership to the most dynamic and largest geography for Microsoft: from deep business partnership and insight to resource allocation and prioritization. Victor partners with sales leadership teams to drive growth strategies and drive digital transformation for MS customers.
In his most recent previous role, Victor led the finance function for the Core Services Engineering and Operations (CSEO). In this capacity he provided thought leadership in resource allocation and cost optimization decisions for the MS IT Engineering and Operations organizations which underpin the digital transformation at Microsoft. His most strategic work included server cloud deployment optimization and cost management as well as headcount resourcing across geographies. In 2018, Victor expanded his corporate responsibilities to include the Venture Integration function (M&A). Victor previous experiences include leadership of a global team as the Finance Director for the Worldwide Customer Support & Services organization at Microsoft.
