Archana Nirwan is Senior Director, Human Resources of Qualcomm India and is based out of Bengaluru, India. Archana has more than 17 years of experience in varied aspects of human resources management. She has played a strategic role in providing human resources expertise in employee relations, coaching, development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training and more.

At Qualcomm, Archana has led HR initiatives in managing legal, operations and contingency planning. She has initiated programs to drive performance management, career development frameworks, career road maps and development plans. Archana has contributed in the re-designing of performance management systems. Along with this, she was a catalyst in facilitating processes for creation of business strategies. Her other expertise includes, planning, implementation and integration of acquired organizations at Qualcomm India.

During her tenure, Archana has coached business leaders on leading and managing their organizations effectively. Prior to joining Qualcomm, she held HR leadership roles at several key organizations across verticals.

Archana holds a master’s degree in business administration from Pune University, India and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Nowrosjee Wadia College, Pune, India.
