Mike Xavier is the Sr. Director of Financial Health at Comcast NBCU. In this role Mike is responsible for design and strategy of various Financial Wellness programs including Financial Coaching Services, Banking at Work, Tuition Reimbursement, and other Voluntary Benefits. Mike also manages aspects of the Employee Stock Purchase Program and the 401(k) plans. Prior to joining the Comcast NBCU Global Benefits team, Mike worked in the Comcast Cable Central Division and was responsible for Labor Relations, Employee Relations, & Employee Engagement. Mike is passionate in ensuring his programs deliver a great employee experience but pragmatic about his programs providing ROI to the organization.
Mike earned his MBA from the university of Massachusetts Lowell and holds the SPHR certification from HRCI. Mike resides in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area with his family.
