Federico A Feldstein, JD

Federico Feldstein is Vice President, Head of Janssen Supply Chain Quality at Johnson & Johnson. In this capacity, Federico is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for all areas of Quality for both Large and Small Molecule products as well as Advanced Therapies, such as CAR-T. In his role, Federico is focused on product launches and reliability and the overall compliance profile of our internal manufacturing sites, as well as our external partners. Additionally, Federico has a passion for the people in his organization and is responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline of Quality & Compliance talent for Janssen and the broader Q&C organization. He is a member of the Johnson & Johnson Quality & Compliance, Janssen Supply Chain and Janssen Quality Leadership Teams.
Federico joined Johnson & Johnson in 2015 as Vice President, Head of R&D Quality & Compliance for Janssen. In 2018, he expanded his role as Vice President, Head of R&D Quality & Compliance across Johnson & Johnson. In this position, Federico led the group’s evolution to optimize the way R&D Quality operates to deliver sustained excellence, maximize productivity, and to better serve the R&D portfolio. Federico is a board member of HOLA and actively engaged with the development and implementation of strategies for increasing diversity across Supply Chain and Quality & Compliance as part of the DE&I Council.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Federico spent 20+ years at Pfizer where he served as Vice President, Regulatory Compliance, and in several executive positions, including leading Quality for the Innovative Pharmaceuticals Business and Consumer Healthcare. Over the course of his career, Federico has held a variety of roles in Manufacturing, R&D, Commercial, and Legal. He has extensive experience in innovating and simplifying systems and procedures to assure quality oversight and data integrity.
Federico holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Chemistry and a Juris Doctor. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children and enjoys coaching soccer and cycling in his spare time.
