Fabian Gerlinghaus is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cellares. He is driven by a strong sense of purpose and is passionate about meeting total patient demand for cell therapies globally. With 10+ years of experience as an innovator and a leader, Fabian has established a track record of assembling top-performing teams to successfully drive novel bioprocessing technologies from ideation to commercial readiness. Prior to co-founding Cellares, Fabian served as Chief Innovation Officer at Synthego, where he co-invented the company’s proprietary RNA synthesizer technology and helped grow the company from five to more than 230 employees. He successfully led the interdisciplinary team that took synthesizer technology from whiteboard sketch to production-ready instruments within two years, enabling the company to be the first to market with its CRISPR/Cas9 product portfolio. He earned a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the Technical University of Munich, and an honors degree in technology management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management, Munich.

Jeffrey Tazelaar is the Global ISC Innovation Director leading the Digital Fulfillment Center team at Dow. In this role he leads a group of innovation experts located in a world class digital center on the next generation of technologies, processes and organization alignment that will drive best in class customer and employee experience across Demand Planning to Fulfill.

Prior to this role Jeff was in Enterprise Architecture and Global Leader in SC Visibility where he set the strategy and global technology standards for visibility, track, trace and authentication technologies associated with Dow’s global Supply Chain.

Jeff has vast experience in software solutions and AutoID/RFID systems through work experience ranging from the largest retailer to systems integrators deploying solutions for the Department of Defense, CPG, Automotive and Food value chain participants. In these roles he managed the design and development of complete visibility solutions for Fortune 500 companies and various government agencies to fully realize the benefits of technology.

Mr. Tazelaar holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees in Packaging from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He also studied overseas at the University of London, where he analyzed and contrasted the British/European and United States packaging systems. He has completed coursework for his Ph.D. in Packaging from MSU with a focus on the measurement and justification of corporate digital programs with a current status of ABD.

Prior to joining ADM in 2020, she served as executive vice president of human resources at Lowe’s Companies, where she drove strategic efforts spanning talent acquisition, development, culture and broad-based business transformation. She also led human resources for companies including Scripps Networks and Duke Energy, and began her career in HR at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), where she became managing principal of the firm’s Cincinnati office.
