Tom McKenzie
VP, Global Fulfillment & Logistics

Tom leads North America Fulfillment & Logistics Operations and Global Services Transportation within Dell Global Operations. He is responsible for ensuring Dell products and spare parts are delivered to customers as promised, and with best-of-breed operational and cost efficiency through the logistics network.

Under his leadership, Tom has progressed global reporting and analytics capability within the Logistics organization that has enabled a significant improvement in data accessibility, leading to speedier insights that can drive improved business action and outcomes whilst enhancing organizational productivity and employee engagement.

Prior to his current role, Tom was Senior Director, Logistics Procurement having previously been a member of Dell’s indirect procurement organization where he was responsible for Services Procurement, Procurement Process and Tool (Ariba) Development / Governance and Dell’s Indirect Procurement Strategy and Program Management Office.

Before joining Dell in 2007, Tom was Logistics Director for the National Health Service in Scotland and managed Supply & Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics Operations and Transportation for non-medical supplies across Scotland and previously had served 16 years at OKI Data in various procurement, operations management and supply chain positions most notably as Vice President of Supply Chain, EMEA responsible for Supply & Demand Planning, Procurement, Operations Planning, Inventory Management and Physical Distribution.

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Tom relocated to Austin, Texas with his family in 2010 where he is currently based and holds an MSc in Corporate Leadership from Edinburgh’s Napier University.
