Stephanie Rose

Stephanie Rose is Vice-President Client Relations at Bright Horizons Family Solutions, responsible for leading the EdAssist Client Relations Team including working with our largest and complex clients, as well as the largest Health Systems. Stephanie has been with Bright Horizons since 2006 with the acquisition of College Coach and has a background in caregiving supports as well as educational assistance with more than twenty-five years of client relations experience.
In her role as Vice-President of Client Relations, she has had the pleasure of strategically supporting the largest health systems and corporate accounts as they invest in their adult learners while offering caregiving supports and career pathways. Prior to leading the EdAssist Client Relations Team, Stephanie oversaw the Enterprise Client Services team at Bright Horizons working with such clients as Boeing, Disney, McDonalds and other Fortune 500 organizations. Stephanie brings extensive experience strategically managing highly complex organizations and fulfilling their strategic goals. Through her work with hundreds of BH client organizations, she gained a true appreciation for the impact of Bright Horizons on employees and their families.
Stephanie holds her undergraduate and graduate degree from Northeastern University. She is also the proud mother of her two adult children who both utilized our Bright Horizons centers and our College Coach benefit.
Loren Hudson
SVP & Chief Diversity Officer, Connectivity & Platforms

Loren Hudson is Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer of Connectivity & Platforms for Comcast. In this role, Loren leads a shared effort to execute the company’s culture and human capital strategy that is reflective of and builds upon the Connectivity & Platform business goals. Loren serves as a key partner to the company’s leaders and the broader Human Resources organization, with an eye toward establishing inclusive leadership best practices and serving as a driver of employee training, career development, and education. Loren brings 20 years of Human Resources experience to this role. She joined Comcast and the cable industry in 2000 as Human Resources Generalist for the Charles County, Maryland location. Since then, she has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the Comcast Beltway Region’s more than 3,000 employees across Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.
Loren received her bachelor’s degree in labor relations and a Master of Labor Relations from Rutgers University. She recently completed Cornell University’s Diversity & Inclusion Program and earned her Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification. In addition to her work at Comcast, she is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and a graduate of WICT’s Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, as well as a graduate of the Women’s Executive Leadership Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Loren recently joined WICT Network’s Global Board of Directors. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia’s DEI Committee. She is also an active member of the Northern Virginia chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and the Ways & Means Committee Lead. She previously served on the boards for Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Loren is honored to have been named one of “the most influential multi-ethnic executives in the industry” by Cablefax’s Diversity List in 2021, 2022 and 2023, and recognized on Cablefax’s 2022, 2023 and 2024 Most Powerful Women in Media and Broadband lists.
