Philippine de T’Serclaes is Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) of Dassault Systèmes, a software company that serves over 300,000 companies worldwide to create collaborative virtual worlds where they can imagine, test and perfect sustainable innovations. As CSO, Philippine leads the company’s strategy for sustainable operations, as well as strategic customer engagement for Sustainability. She also drives the company’s objective of achieving two-thirds of its new revenues from sustainable solutions by 2027. The company’s wide range of software categories, leveraged collectively on its 3DEXPERIENCE platform, enable its customers to create scientifically accurate virtual worlds capable of “harmonizing product, nature and life.” As such, she leads the development and deployment of the company’s portfolio for sustainable business solutions.
de T’Serclaes has more than 20 years of international business experience. She began her career in finance with Rothschild, J.P. Morgan and the OECD/International Energy Agency, where she was Senior Financial Advisor – Energy Efficiency and Environment Division. She spent close to a decade at Schneider Electric where she held various strategy and customer positions. Most recently, she was Senior Executive & Global Vice President for Strategic Partnerships. During this time, she initiated and ran solutions and platforms for strategic customers as well as digital, institutional, financial and academic partners at a global level.
de T’Serclaes has a PhD in Economics, a MSc in Law & Finance from the London School of Economics; and a BA from McGill University. She is a prolific author and speaker featured at the World Economic Forum, Davos, Al Gore’s Advisors Summit, the Asia Clean Energy Forum and Sustainable Energy Week.
