In this role, she is responsible for the setting the vision and strategic direction of human capital across the North American Region. Her organization delivers solutions to enhance team member engagement for areas including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Strategy & Workforce Planning, HR Technology & Analytics, HR Communications, and Labor Relations.

Prior to Ms. Cockrell’s current position, she served as vice president of Human Resources, Toyota Motor North America.
