Caroline Jecko-Parkes joined Airbus Americas in July 2022 as the VP for the Human Resources and Workplace function including HR, Facilities and Environment Health & Safety. She is responsible for the design and execution of the strategy, plans and policies to optimize organizational effectiveness and performance, leveraging a multi-tiered, geographically diverse team of HR Business Partners & COE Experts.

Prior to joining Airbus, Caroline has held leadership positions across the financial services, healthcare, BPO and aerospace industries. Her areas of expertise include HR transformation, strategic planning, shared services and outsourcing, business process improvement, M&A and customer relationship management. Her background in Customer Service management and Sales and Account management is at the source of her drive for service excellence and her philosophy of continuous process improvement. She is bilingual (English / French) and has extensive experience working around the globe.
