Teri most recently served as CFO at Gap Inc. where she oversaw the finance and accounting, real estate, and information technology organizations, as well interim oversight of supply chain. Teri previously served as the executive VP and CFO of Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. Before this, she served as executive VP and CFO at Kraft Foods Group where she led the finance and accounting, information services and business process excellence organizations. Teri also participated in a two-year fellowship with the Financial Accounting Standards Board. She serves on the boards and audit committees of Microsoft, Danaher Corporation and Double Verify, including as Chair at Double Verify. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Michigan University and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
