Vineet has 37 years of global experience in the CPG industry in several functions and countries. He recently retired from Nestlé as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Supply Chain. In this role he managed global responsibility for strategy, operational performance, and transformation projects for E2E supply chain including demand & supply planning, physical logistics, customer service, materials management, digital supply chain, etc.

During his distinguished career, Vineet has held senior leadership roles in Management Teams for 25 years and has had extensive multi-functional experience in a variety of roles ranging from strategy formulation to global transformation projects in business as well as technology. An Indian national, he completed his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1986 before embarking on his career.

Vineet sits on the board of Nestlé Enterprises SA, but his contributions extend beyond Nestlé. Vineet is passionate about development and poverty redressal, human rights, sustainability and reducing inequalities. Vineet’s leadership as the co-chair of the Sustainable Supply Chain Initiative (SSCI) of the Consumer Goods Forum and his work as a key member of The Future Insights Network’s Coalition demonstrate his passion for driving sustainability, re-defining the role of business in the society, and developing supply chain profession to its full potential.

David spent 23 years with Microsoft Corporation as General Manager of Global Supply Chain and Supply Chain Technology officer, he was involved in every product launch from Windows 2000 through to the most recent Surface and Xbox products. He has built and managed numerous global teams, has led across multiple disciplines including Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Fulfillment and Logistics, Forecasting, Planning and Channel Management. He has played a key role in major acquisitions including Nokia, built world class teams and continuously evolved Microsoft’s Supply Chain capabilities in a multi-channel environment.

As Supply Chain Technology Officer David was additionally responsible for determining the next generation of technologies that could augment and enable Supply Chain capabilities. In this capacity he worked with numerous Private Equity and Venture Capital partners to understand potential opportunities and the overall industry landscape for technology in Supply Chain.

Holbach has been working at Henkel in various executive positions in Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing and Sales since 1996, when he started in Corporate Purchasing after finishing his master’s degree. This was followed by various assignments in Germany. Having finished his PhD during a sabbatical period, in 2002 he moved to Mexico integrating two newly acquired businesses. Thereafter he returned to the headquarters and was in charge of global purchasing for the Laundry & Home Care business for several years until 2007. Holbach subsequently took control of the global supply chain for the same business, and a few years later gained global responsibility for the manufacturing operations.
