Chair’s Welcome Address Clive Newton Former Chief Food Safety Officer Yum! Brands Inc. Clive Newton has a 30-year career history in the food industry that encompasses general management, supply chain, food safety and food innovation. Working predominantly in Asia Pacific and global roles, Clive’s focus has orientated towards formulation of organizational strategy and governance. As a former member of Yum!’s Compliance Oversight Committee, Clive was responsible for the definition and global deployment of Food Safety policy, standards and compliance programs across more than 130 countries with primary focus on new and developing markets.
