Ashley holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida, and has published multiple articles, chapters and presentations on the science of work and talent management. Her leadership is marked by a profound commitment to inclusion, culture, and innovation and she is enthusiastic about giving back to the community, volunteering her time in business development for education, diversity, and social-emotional learning initiatives.
