Joel Martinez spends his time partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues to design and implement innovative and scalable HR solutions across the full people spectrum (talent management, org design, recruiting, compensation, inclusion & diversity and change management) to name a few.  He is a vital partner in ensuring the growth and development of the leaders and employees in these businesses.

In October of 2022 Joel began providing HR support for all of the General and Administrative (G&A) businesses across Amazon which include Security, Legal, Finance, HR, Communications, Public Policy & Corporate/Business Development.
