Pallav is the CFO for Kimberly Clark Professional, North America, which is the 2nd largest business at Kimberly Clark globally. Pallav has been with Kimberly Clark for the past 6 years in a variety of leadership roles across North America and Asia Pacific.

Pallav has extensive experience in Finance, Strategy and M&A across several CPG organizations and has held key leadership positions prior to his current role such as CFO for South-East Asia Region at Kimberly Clark, CFO for South Asia Region at Kellogg and Commercial Finance & FP&A Director for India at PepsiCo. He has worked in multiple countries such as India, Singapore and US.
