Monne Williams

Monne serves as Handshake’s Chief Impact Officer. Prior to joining Handshake she was a Partner at McKinsey & Company based in Atlanta. She advised and served clients across a variety of sectors on topics such as transformation, culture, change management, executive team development and capability building.

Prior to joining McKinsey Monne served as Marketing Manager for the Boston Red Sox. She currently also serves on the board of directors for Reaching Out, an organization committed to developing the LGBTQ leaders of tomorrow.
