At North American Manufacturing Excellence Summit 2019 last month in Chicago we spoke with David Woodlock, an Engineering Manager with HP 3D Printing. HP has an enormous supply chain organization supporting a business that ships more than two printers and PCs every second. To improve productivity, HP has invested in additive manufacturing capabilities not for rapid prototyping, but to remove the need to physically move parts from one place to another.
