With her ability to embrace change and resilience, she has led the Procurement transformation during a tough Supply Chain crisis, supporting Schneider Electric to not only stay ahead of competitors, but also achieve 15% organic growth in the first half of 2023. Prior to this, she was the Procurement and Supply Chain Vice President at ARRIS.
