Capital allocation

Amy Ellixson is currently Head of Cash Flow Generation. In this role, Amy serves as a critical member of the Global Finance Leadership Team and together with the business is creating a best-in-class value creation culture that unlocks capital from the business allowing for reinvestment in innovation for the future. She is leading a team to improve strong free cash flow generation to support operating needs, M&A activity, dividend increases, and share repurchase programs. This team is also creating agility to promote strategic business decisions and fund growth to better support the communities we serve.
