Interviews Worth Your Time 2024

As 2024 draws to a close we look back at more than 100 new episodes —almost all of them in both video and audio formats— and we are in the process of transitioning even further from a twice-a-week format to publishing as much as we can as soon as we can.

We have content relevant to all of our industry events, and we even did some interviews that speak to larger business topics not on any particular program or agenda at the moment.

Roundtable Roundup 2024

As things start slowing down for the holidays, we thought it only made sense to do a year-in-review summary to highlight this content again for those who may have missed it the first time.

What makes a Speaker Roundtable so special? Well, think of it as a private panel discussion without an audience. The participants are some of the most senior leaders attending our conference. Their conversation is guided by a moderator working from a list of topic areas, issues, ideas, challenges, and opportunities submitted by delegates as they filled in their profiles. The discussions are in-depth, wide-ranging, unscripted, honest, often funny, and obviously heartfelt.

Everyone cares so much about the work they do and what they want to share.

Each Speaker Roundtable is a snapshot of what the senior executives are working on and thinking about and learning and building towards right now. It is a window into where businesses are and where they are going. It is our privilege to organize such gatherings, and it is our pleasure to share them again here.

Please enjoy!

Today I want to share something great that came up during a prep call for a future podcast interview. Now I was not recording the conversation, but this is less about quoting someone and more about walking through a way of visualizing and thinking about something that I found really…
